This headquarters project for Morgan Properties was filled with bold, brand-driven moments designed to reflect the company’s growth, energy, and personality. A big part of the work focused on creating a series of custom feature walls that were both fun and meaningful.

One wall featured an organic arrangement of dimensional squares inside a glowing niche that represented the many property units the company owns. A lenticular fin wall, inspired by the shape of house keys, revealed an image and quote depending on the direction it was viewed from. In the conference room, a large “Morganopoly” installation brought a playful, corporate twist to the classic board game, with custom game boards, branded playing cards, and 3D-printed Monopoly houses that adehred to dimensional letters to tie it all together. Other details included college pennants in the training room to highlight “Morgan University”, custom-shaped ADA signage, two areas with felt wall panels for texture and sound absorption, and a lightbox to showcase company awards.

Across the space, 14 custom wallcoverings were developed to extend the brand visually and keep the environment dynamic. The scope included concept development, scaled elevation drawings, design documentation, vendor pricing coordination, production file prep, and install coordination to make sure everything came together seamlessly.
