The graphics for Brixmor’s HQ were all about bringing their brand to life, especially their tagline, Our Center Is You. The design focused on highlighting their retail properties while making the space feel bold, energetic, and rooted in their identity. A key visual theme was the “X” from the Brixmor logo, which was used as a dynamic graphic element across wallcoverings and key areas like the main stairwell and lunchroom.

Throughout the space, large-scale imagery of Brixmor’s shopping centers was layered with brand graphics like the X and colorful speech bubbles to create engaging, brand-forward moments. Custom ADA signage was also designed using the speech bubble shape and brand color palette, adding a playful, cohesive detail that carried the visual language into functional elements.

The scope of work included concept design packets to set the tone, final design documentation with scaled elevations and specifications, pricing coordination with vendors, creation of production files for wallcoverings, vinyl graphics, artwork, and signage, and installation coordination to ensure accurate execution of the design intent.
