This headquarters rebrand was developed for a global agricultural company, with the goal of creating their “office of the future”, a space that celebrates innovation, supports employee wellbeing, and stays rooted in the company’s deep connection to farming and sustainability. The branding strategy focused on highlighting the people, values, and products at the heart of their mission, while aligning with the natural materials and light-filled interior design of the space.

Key elements included a series of gallery walls showcasing farmers and crops, custom wallcoverings inspired by aerial farm views and brand iconography, and dimensional and vinyl lettering used to bring company values to life throughout the space. A living green wall with raised lettering served as a focal point and symbol of growth, while custom lab signage was designed using Di-Noc finishes and functional goggle baskets for added utility.

All visual elements were designed to complement the interior finishes, like natural woods and soft neutrals, to create a cohesive and energizing environment. The scope included concept development, final design documentation with specifications and scaled elevations, vendor research across multiple states, pricing coordination, production file prep, and coordination through fabrication and installation.
